These six benefits when added to an existing employee handbook, help reduce the stigma around menopause and provide much needed support to those experiencing menopause symptoms.
As the creator, advertising agency Mekanism is the first company to officially adopt the Menoclause. Advertising agency Oberland has also adopted the Menoclause at the time of writing this.
